Year 1: James Rizzi Birds
The Year 1s also began this half-term by learning about the American designer and artist, James Rizzi, and creating their own paintings of Birds inspired by his style.
The children began drawing on whiteboards until they felt confident enough to move onto their final version:
These birds have a lot of character.
The final drawings were done in oil pastel and then the children added paint:
