This week, pupils in Years 5 and 6 have been working wonderfully hard performing 'Scrooge... A Ghost of a Chance' for three consecutive evenings. The musical, written by Colin Baker, is based on the book 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens. Fuelled by the excitement of the apt arrival of snow - and a promise that we will never have to sing the songs again - pupils have acted, sung and danced their hearts out, embodying the spirit of Christmas which rejects any "humbug to joy"!  A big thank you to all the staff in school who have supported the production through their time and talent, and for all the support provided by adults at home too. We are so pleased with how much effort the pupils have put into these performances and truly hope the audience enjoyed it too!
