Welcome To

Willingham Primary School

Year Three & Four

We have three Year Three/Four classes.  The teachers are:

Miss Hartman-Ayers –
I have been teaching at Willingham Primary School for ten years and have taught in both Key Stage one and Key Stage two. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have also been the school SENCo for four years, overseeing the provisions for children with additional needs and difficulties. Although born in Canterbury, I spent my childhood growing up in the Midlands before living in South West Wales for seven years. During this time, I studied to become a teacher before relocating to Cambridgeshire and starting a family. I absolutely love cats and have had many over the years. Currently I have two and they are very loyal and loving. I enjoy craft activities, particularly if this involves getting my sewing machine out. I am looking forward to teaching Year 3/4 next year and building a strong, trusting relationship with my new class, as well as having lots of fun.

Mrs Hazlehurst -
I have been working at Willingham Primary School since 2014 and have really enjoyed being part of the whole school community. Before becoming a teacher I worked for various companies, after completing my degree in Business and German. Whilst working at a language school in Cambridge, I decided to embark on a new career and began my PGCE at Warwick University.
I grew up in Germany so I usually spend lots of time during the holidays visiting family. I really enjoy cooking, travelling and learning about different cultures.

Miss Brook –
This will now be my second year at Willingham and my third year teaching across Years Three and Four. My favourite subjects are geography and maths (which I’m lucky enough to lead with Miss Davies!) Outside of school, I’m an avid traveller and will be visiting Sicily, Krakow and Cologne this summer. I also spend a lot of time watching live music, my favourite artist being John Mayer. I’m looking forward to teaching a mix of familiar and unfamiliar faces next year and wish you all a brilliant and restful summer until then.

Miss Peck –
This is my first year teaching at Willingham and I can’t wait! I come from St Ives in Cambridgeshire and have grown up around here. I have two cats, Mogli and Kiara and I love animals. My favourite food is pizza. I love doing exercise and I am a cheerleader for a team in Peterborough. I cannot wait to meet my class and get to know you all!
