We hope you had an enjoyable summer break and are refreshed, ready for the new term which promises to be fun and very rewarding.

If there's anything you would particularly like to see here, please let either myself or the webmaster know and we'll see what we can do...

Yours sincerely

Annual Report 2008-2009

I have great pleasure in providing this year's Annual Report to Parents and Carers from Governors.

The School is no longer required to issue this document. However, we as Governors feel that it is a good way in which to let you all know what has been occurring in and around the school over the last year and we hope that you find this report interesting and informative.

As well as providing this report, the Governor's have decided to continue to hold an Annual Parents Meeting. It also gives us a chance to bring you up to date with what has been happening in the School over the last year and for us to hear what is of interest and/or concern to you as parents or carers, as this is your chance to ask us and the Head Teacher, Mrs Brearley, about any issues you have concerning the school.

You can ask your questions to perhaps clarify issues of interest or concern to you, or raise topics that you feel are important. Your input and thoughts are welcome. I would like to invite you all to attend the Annual Parents Meeting, held in the School on Tuesday 7th July 2009. There will be two sessions, one in the afternoon at 3.30pm and one later in the evening at 7.30pm. We expect each session to last about one hour. Crèche facilities will be available at both sessions. We hope this will allow as many parents and carers to attend as possible.

We look forward to seeing you on July 7th.

Yours sincerely Rob Laycock Chair of Governors
